We do what we tell others and ourselves what we will do. We do not bend or do less, we do it to the standard and when we say it will be done. If you can’t do it, ask for help.

2. We ask the extra question.

We make sure that we fully understand all aspects of what we are doing. No question is dumb, we are complete and thorough so that we can explain it at the expert level to someone else. When you think you have the full picture and have asked enough, ask one more question.

3. We consistently use the systems and processes.

Follow the path that is documented and get consistency in our work. Use the process and document it.

4. Write everything down.

If it is not written down in the correct format and space it does not exist.

5. We serve others.

Customers, team members, and suppliers.

6. Data and Numbers drive decisions.

All decisions backed by data and numbers. We do not guess or use gut feelings.

7. Operate at the highest standard.

We hold ourselves accountable. Operate without question to the higher standard. Our standards are non negotiable. Includes feedback given and received with kindness.

8. Don’t Lie.

We don’t lie to ourselves or to others. Not telling the whole truth is a lie.

9. Ask for help.

We are not expected to know everything. Get the right solution for what is at hand.
